My handouts are for you and anyone else who would like to learn something in a K-12 or University setting. They are not to be used in any profit making activities such as inclusion in any for profit literature or used at any conference that does not include little ole me in front of them, waving my arms around showing them. Any editing of this handout is forbidden (changing information, etc.) without permission.
Sadly, my site was hacked, and hard. I took the opportunity to pull down older handouts that I am currently updating. I will tweet out as new ones are added, etc.

Why is this handout not available? I mention this at the beginning of my session. This handout was initially created by a company that uses it in fee based seminars, etc. They were kind enough to let me tweak the presentation and present it myself with the exception I do not post it on my website for download. However, just google the name of this class and my name and you will find a lot of live blogs that people were kind enough to contribute to the web.
