My training background came from my 4-year stint as a Macintosh trainer for an Apple Sales Agent. I taught teachers, professors and college students on various applications.

I quickly learned that it can be tough to present technical topics. You need to make technical topics easy to understand by teaching with real-world examples and comparisons to which the person being trained can relate to.

Another successful training tool is "on your own time" within the training session. Leaving an hour at the end for people to work on their own projects, helps a great deal. They can get started on a project and have the trainer there for feedback, troubleshooting etc.

Most classes are given in a 3 hour to 6 hour format unless otherwise noted.

I will provide the computer, but request panel and training equipment to be supplied by the customer.

I can also be hired for custom training (titles that I usually do not present on) but, request at least a 6 week lead time.
