The whole process of learning about merch and discovering I could have it created on demand has been fun and educational. However, this is all new to me. So. If you see something that you think is an error, or have a general suggestion, product suggestion, etc., please feel free to contact me.
Products are made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes a bit longer to deliver them to you. Products being made on demand is why I am finally able to offer Merch without spending a decent amount of money holding inventory.
I am keeping my markups minimal to help with your shipping needs. Shipping fees will vary based on the location where the item(s) are made, and sometimes they might be made in different locations.
There are no returns unless the item is defective. I promise to work with you if an item does not fit, etc. It's quite easy for me to make a discount code for you to apply to a new order, etc.
I have not. I have, however, designed or helped design every item. I can order around 6 samples per month at a deep discount. Let's just say I am currently repping a lot of my own gear 😂
I will add to the product descriptor when I purchase the product myself, including my feedback on the item. Of course, if the item is not good, I will remove it from the store.
If you order an item, please take a photo of it and share it with me. It might end up as one of the images for the product description, and I will send you a discount code as a thank-you.
The company I am using for my Merchandise has close to 500 items. Want a specific weight shirt, item might not be listed, etc., just contact me and let me know. If it's available, I will make something. This is also a great way to include your school logo, requested taglines, etc.
